University Credit

Through partnership with the University of Alaska, we offer several courses at a low cost to support educators and providers with re-certification and growing on the salary scale.

  • Step 1: Join the Membership

    As a member of the Center for Building Educational Leaders, you have access to unlimited courses for one flat monthly or annual fee.

  • Step 2: Enroll in University of Alaska

    In the community portal, you will have access to instructions for joining our current 500-level course offerings. Students pay a small registration fee to University of Alaska and can earn either one or two 500-level credits per course sequence.

  • Step 3: Complete the Work!

    Complete all modules in the sequence and submit assignments in the Learning Portal and graded application project. Get access to office hours with your instructor to ask questions, problem solve and experience mentorship in applying skills. There is a 20 student cap per rotation of each credit course to keep course sizes small. Courses run quarterly with registration deadlines of January 31, April 30, July 31 and October 31. No need to wait for the end of a term! Grades are submitted as soon as you complete the work!
